Sharing Multiple Submissions with Others

Hello,

I have assigned a form to a colleague, they have no issue filling out multiple forms but I need them to be able to share the submissions, multiple. They are able to share a submission individually in text or email, but I can't figure out how they can share multiple submissions at once.

Ex. Colleague fills out form 10x in a week, I'd like them to be able to share those 10 submissions in a PDF at the end of the week.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We have a Share button on the right side of the Jotform Tables page that you can use to share your Tables page with others. Let me show you how:

1. On the Jotform Tables page, click on the Share button on the upper right side of the screen.
2. Click on Share Settings and select Private Table so only people you invite will be able to see your Tables.
3. You can also set the default role of the invitation link as either Read-Only or Collaborator. Let me explain the difference between those:

• Read Only means that only people you invite will be able to see your Tables.
• Collaborator means that anyone you invite will be able to see and edit the data, but they won't be able to adjust or change the table settings.

Copy the Generated Link or the Invite by Email feature to invite people, by doing these you will have access to all the form submissions. We also have a guide about How to Share Your Submissions Tables that you can check out.
