    I need to speak to a live representative. My form is not allowing my customers to fill out the PayPal section.

    Hi thelabworknetchicago,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I went ahead and checked your form and I noticed that your form is not integrated with PayPal Business, and it's currently in Test mode. Keep in mind that the Test mode works similarly to making an actual PayPal without using real credit cards or live PayPal accounts. To allow your user to use the payment field, you need to integrate it. Let me show you how:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    2. Under the Payments tab, select PayPal Business.
    3. In the menu on the right side of the screen, click on Connect. That will redirect you to the PayPal page to connect your account.
    4. Enter the necessary information and connect your account with your form.
