Whenever my customers try to click on the link to my form it is asking for them to create an account which is not what I want. I was wondering if there was a setting mishap that I could turn off?

Hello Lydia,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your form user does not need a Jotform account to fill out the form. All you need to do is ensure that the form is Set to Public. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, Click Publish in the Orange Navigation Bar at the top.
- Then Set the Link to Share to Public.
