could u pls insert my new form under flight resrvation in the navigation page?

Thanks for getting back to us. Adding a form on an App is easy, please follow the steps and screencast below:

• In the App Builder, click the Add Element + button.
• Under the Basic tab, select Form and drag it to the App page.
• Select the form you want to add to your App.
