Recurring donation mapping to Salesforce

We use Salesforce as our CRM and when someone sets up a recurring donation using Jotform it creates a recurring donation in Salesforce. The issue comes with the mapping when you have to select what day of the month the recurring donation happens. Is there a way to create a hidden field in Jotform where it can select what day of the month the recurring donation will happen? The next issue would be that February only has 28 days so it would have to be a field that only goes up to 28.

    Hi Ventura_Land_Trust,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked your latest form, I saw that the Payment Type is set to Sell Subscription in your payment integration. Unfortunately, you can't choose the date when the recurring donation will happen. The users will be charged on the same day each month when they submit the form. If they submit on the 27th day of the month, they will be charged every 27th of the month. If your concern is about February only having 28 days, the payment integration will automatically adjust it so the user will be charged each month.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thank you for getting back to me. I don't need to change the date of the recurring donation in Jotform or Square. The issue is that I am currently not able to map it into Salesforce. The field in Recurring Donation in Salesforce is 'Day of the Month' where you have to put in a number between 1-28. I would like it be able to create a field in Jotform that I would map to Salesforce with the day that the recurring donation will be charged.

    Hi Ventura_Land_Trust,

You can try to Install Jotform In Salesforce through AppExchange. In this way you can create a normal form and the submission will automatically populate in Salesforce Integration. Let me show you how:

    1. Log in to your Salesforce Account and click the 9 dots icon on the upper left side of the page to open the App Launcher.
    2. Search for Jotform and click it.

You can refer to this guide for more information.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
