    Hello Rbhugivesback,

I checked the account associated with your email and saw that you have accumulated 314.24 MB out of the 100 MB upload limit. That's the reason you received that email. To totally free up your storage space, you need to purge the deleted submissions in your Trashed folder. Let me show you how:

    1. In your My Forms page, select your form by ticking the checkbox beside it.
    2. After selecting the form, click the Submissions button at the top of your page. You will then be redirected to the Jotform Table page. You have currently reached the limits of your account Screenshot 30

Next, you need to purge the deleted submissions:

    1. In your Jotform Table, click the three vertical dot icon on the right side of your table name.
    2. In the dropdown, select the Trashed Entries.
    3. In the dialog on the right side, tick the Select All and click Delete Forever.
    4. Confirm the deletion by clicking the Delete button in the dialog that shows. You have currently reached the limits of your account Screenshot 41

After that, you can clear your form cache to refresh your storage limit.

You can also check out this guide on How to Delete Trash Entries.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Great! I think all of that worked as I appear to no longer have a disabled form and also not receiving the alert to upgrade storage space. Thank you!
