I have a custom form that we have employees sign. I can four signatures but cannot see the form. I need to be able to print out the entire form showing the signature.

    Hi Joe,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am not quite sure what you are trying to achieve. Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening?

Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

Well, as mentioned, I designed a form with a signature field. I can SEE (*Missing word in my prior message) the signature. However, I cannot see the signature in context of the form. I just see ONLY the signature which is rather meaningless for me. I need to print the form WITH their signature to include in their employee file.

    Hi Joe,

I cloned and tested your form and I was able to replicate the issue. For you to be able to print the whole document with their signature, kindly follow the steps below:

    1.  In Sign Builder, click on the Arrow icon on the left side of the page and select Inbox.
    2.  In Sign Inbox, you can then select a completed document and click on the Customize PDF button on the right side of the page.
    3. Click on the Download PDF button on the right side.
    4. Once downloaded, open the PDF document and click the print Icon on the top right.
