How to disable Unique Submission feature?

I am getting feedback from my stakeholders that they keep seeing the message below. when they try to submit. I am in the process of learning Enterprise since I now have access but I still have all this work over here that I need to complete people are making edits to their forms and need to be able to resubmit. PLEASE ADVISE!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, you have enabled the unique submission feature in your form, which only lets a single user submit the form only one time. You can disable this feature and allow the same user to submit the form multiple times. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Edit Form on the right side of the screen.
2. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings and then click on Show More Options.
3. In the Form Settings menu, scroll down and select No Check in the Unique Submission dropdown menu.

Now, you can get multiple submissions from the same person.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I already had "no check " selection made there. So that is not the problem

This form was created in the previous version of Jotform and is where I am currently logged into.

I checked the Nola Public Schools 2023-2024 Consolidated Design form with 232294665425057 Form ID in your account and both its Unique Submission and Unique Field settings are set to No Check. However, that form is set to redirect to the equivalent form in your Enterprise account. The Unique Submission and Unique Field settings of the form in the Enterprise account may still be enabled. I suggest that you create a ticket about it for our Enterprise Support as instructed by my colleague.
