Account Overlimit: Forms are Disabled

    I deleted all of my form submissions but it still says I have run out of storage and need to upgrade…what gives

    Hi Cameron,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the account associated with thread and I can see it is a guest account. Can you share with us your username/email address associated with the account for us to check?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
