How to calculate the survey score and email the result to the respondent?

    Hi,

    My survey has thirty six questions and each question is rated between 1 and 10 by the user. Is there a feature that will automatically add up the total and send the user the results?

    Hi Evan,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can add the Form Calculation widget to your form to calculate the total score based on the user's response. Let me show you how:

    1. In the Form Elements window, go to Widgets.
    2. Add the Form Calculation widget.
    3. Click on the Wand icon next to the widget.
    4. Add the fields that you want to be included in the calculation to the formula box and add the plus sign in between each field.
    5. Click Save.

    As for the results to be emailed, you need to add an Email field to your form:

    Then, the autoresponder email will be added automatically. You can customize the email content as well. Check the screencast below:
