I want to use my email address from my deleted account to my active account

    I deleted my old JotForm account and I am trying to change my email connected to an account with forms I am using. It keeps saying my email is associated with a JotForm account after I deleted it. How can I fix this? Thanks

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to c***e@n***x.c*m deleted account? If so, I can reinstate this account, and you can change the email address to a different one. This is to ensure that this email address will be free to use to register with your existing or active account.

    Hi Cassie,

    I've reactivated the account associated with c***e@n***x.c*m. If you forgot the password of this account, you can reset it. It's easy to do. Let me take you through it:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.

    2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.

    3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

    4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.

    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.

    Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.

    It is saying my email verification is expired whenever I send it now

    Hi Cassie,

    Could you confirm the email address associated to the account you're trying to verify? We've checked the one associated to c***e@n***x.com, but couldn't find any matching results.

    The account I'm trying to verify is kolson@nmhix.com currently I want to change it to ccase@nmhix.com. The verification email sent to ccase is saying it is expired when I receive it.

    Hi Cassie,

    Thanks for getting back to us. If you are logged into a different Jotform account when you click the confirmation email, you might encounter a similar error. Could you try again using a different browser and see if it resolves the issue?
