Why I can't receive a response to my email?

    I created this form, https://form.jotform.com/241725443137050, and when someone fills it out I am not getting a response to my email.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:

    Can you please check your spam folder and try again? Also, you can ask your email service provider to whitelist Jotform IP Addresses and Domains. We also have a guide here to learn more about it.

    I also did not receive this response in my email. I had to come back to the website to view this response.It is also not in my spam folder.

    I think all is well. The error was on our side. It has been corrected.
