Dropdown Field: Pass the selected option to a Multiple Choice option

What i need in this form you see there is state drop down when any user select state then below I acknowledge there is CA so i need to change dynamically like New Jersey select then print New Jersey instead of CA

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the form if it is possible to pass the selected value to the Multiple Choice option and unfortunately, we cannot pass this value. As a workaround, you can use a Paragraph field and pass the value from the Dropdown field. Check out the image below:

That way, you can get the selected option and display it on a Paragraph field. You can check my cloned form as a reference.
