    Hi Ishan,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I just tested the File Upload form element and configured it to accept PDF files as shown in the screenshot.

    I was unable to replicate the issue when I uploaded a PDF file with a total size of 10 MB, as shown in the screen recording.

    I have also reviewed your account and currently, there is no form under it. Are you perhaps trying to fill up a form from an individual or company? If yes, please take note that Jotform do not own the forms created by individuals or company's. I would suggest you reach out to the form owner for further assistance. If not, please share with us the link of the concerned form so that we can check it out.
