account suspended

Hello,

All of my forms are disabled and I was curious why? I learned about this tool and wanted to try utilizing it but to have my work all removed / disabled out of no where is a bit concerning. Could someone help me get it back and understand why and how that happened?

Id like to be able to trust the platform if we try to use it.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named JNHouse Wiki that was flagged as clickbait. This is due to your forms containing website links. We understand this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.

I’ve deleted the offending form and reactivated your account. We also need you to change your account email address to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

Why would the page I worked on have to be deleted and waste time? If I make the email into a corporate one and try to recreate the form how do I know you won't block it again?

To be able to reactivate your account, any offending forms should be removed and we can then lift the suspension. Creating a corporate email would guarantee the legitimacy of your form processes and this can help avoid account suspension. As long as there is no violation in our Terms of use, your account will not be suspended.
