    Hi,

I'm creating a form that requires the person to give us his/her name, email address, company, etc. Then they choose which items they are requesting from us. At the end, I have a question that says, "Do you have more items to request?" I want the form to take them back to the top and have them basically start over (because we need information about what they want, but not their name, email address, etc. again).

I've tried to use conditional statements for this, but it will not work. I have used Conditions in other questions on the form.

    Hi Pat,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can add a Fill Again button on the Thank You Page and then Prefill form fields, so customer can only fill the empty fields. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu that appears on the left side of the screen, click on Thank You Page.
    3. Now, click on the blue Action Button located on the right side of the menu bar, and click on Fill Again.
    4. Click on Set Prefill, select the fields to be prefilled, and click on Save.
