How to automatically send pdf after payment

    Hi mrclydefisher,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your form can send emails to whoever submits your form if you set up an Email Autoresponder. You can go into its settings to attach PDF files by following the guide below:

    1. IForm Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. Now, click on Add an Email, then select Autoresponder Email.
    4. Hover your mouse to Email Autoresponder and click on the pencil icon
    5. Click on the Advanced tab and you'll see two options for attaching files
    • Attach PDF - enable it if you want to attach the completed form as a PDF file
    • Attach a File - enable it if you want to attach a specific file

    6. Lastly, click on Save to keep the changes.
