Form Builder: Reversed text on form fields?

Hello,

We have been using your forms for a long time and there seems to be a new bug that requires your attention. When adding an Address element the writing bellow the fields appears all messed up once you exit the editing mode (see image):

Please if you can fix this ASAP we send our forms to clients on a daily basis and this looks really bad.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I'm sorry you're having issues with your form. I'm trying to find which form is having an issue but I'm having problems finding it. Can you provide me the link to your form so I can check? I also cleared your form cache. Clearing form cache is one of the ways to troubleshoot or refresh your forms. It won’t cause you to lose any data, and it’s safe and easy to perform. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Profile Image/Avatar icon.

2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Paint Roller icon on the upper-right part of the screen.

2. Click on the Styles tab next to the Colors tab.

3. Scroll down.
4. In the Inject Custom CSS field, remove the code below:

.form-sub-label {

    direction : rtl;

    unicode-bidi : bidi-override;

}

That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.
