I can't use the email address of my deleted account

    HI there


    I need to change this account from projectassistant@mw3a.com to info@mw3a.com. I did create another account under info email yesterday and delted the account (i can no longer login) but i still can't change it to info@mw3a because its says its being used for another account

    Hi Brittany,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. Please note that deleted accounts stay on our server for 30 more days from the date of deletion. Until then, the email address can't be used for another Jotform account. You can log in to the Jotform account that has the email address you want to use and change the email address to something else to free up the email. Once the email address is free, you can now use it for this account. If you can't remember the password, here's how to reset it:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login. I cant use the email address of my deleted account Image 1 Screenshot 60
    2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password. I cant use the email address of my deleted account Image 2 Screenshot 71
    3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions. I cant use the email address of my deleted account Image 3 Screenshot 82
    4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password. I cant use the email address of my deleted account Image 4 Screenshot 93
    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password. I cant use the email address of my deleted account Image 5 Screenshot 104

    Thanks so much but the info account was deleted is there a way to recreate it?
