    Hello Camille,

Please note that we didn't find any violation in your Jotform account, but your Jotform account was flagged as sending emails more than the threshold, which triggered the suspension.

Please note that if you need to send 100 email notifications every hour, we recommend subscribing to a paid plan. The daily email limit will resume the next day. I've also noted that your monthly submissions have already exceeded the Starter plan's monthly submission limit of 100. Let me show you how to upgrade your plan:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

You can also upgrade your subscription on your account’s Upgrade/Billing page.

    2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

    3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method.

Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.

If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. Check out this guide for more details about upgrading your account. If upgrading your plan is not an option, please note that your monthly submissions reset on the first of each month, and once your Total Monthly Submission Storage reaches 500, which is the allocated limit for the Starter plan, you can delete the old submission to free up space for new submissions. We also have a guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits that you can check out.

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
