Daily submission report only if there are new submissions?

Is it possible to setup a daily report so it only sends an email if there are new form submissions?

I can’t see the point of it sending an email to say there’s no submissions

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you're referring to the digest email, unfortunately, the digest email will still trigger even if there is no new submission. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. 

I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
