1. After I create the form, then what? How can I put the form on my website?
2. When my clients fill in the form and submit it, how can I find this form and receive the notice?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After creating your form, you can embed your form in your website to start collecting submissions. It's easy to do this, let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Publish at the top orange navigation bar.
2. Click on Embed on the left sidebar.
3. Click Copy Code on the available prompt, and paste it into your website.
