How can I create dynamic form which will be powered by admin Panel?

    I have one admin Panel, this Panel is powering more then 20 Website/Landing Page. Each Landing Page have registration form for getting register.

    I want to do like I will list all filled of registration form in admin Panel and Landing Page onwer can choose which field they want to add in their form so that each website can have their own custom form.

    Hi prsuman16,

    Thanks for getting back to us. There's no direct option to dynamically add a field on a form based on an external site or, in this case, admin panel. However, you can try to make use of the Show/Hide field condition and a multiple choice field on your form. You'll add all the fields on the form and list them as an option on the multiple choice field and if the user selects it, then it will be shown to them to complete.

    You can list the fields on the multiple choice field and the page owner can select which fields they wanted to complete. For example:
