    I don’t know why my account is been suspended

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended because your form named Rental Application Form was tagged as Phishing. We understand that this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.

    For us to reactivate your account, we ask you to send us the details below:

    • Proof of Transaction (if you've already had previous transactions).
    • Link to the website or where the property is being offered to rent.
