Configurable widget date formatting

    Hi,

How do I render a configurable widget's date prompt so that the resulting output is in the following format:

    yyyy-mm-ddTHH:MM:SS+HH:MM

    e.g. 2024-06-28T15:30:00-04:00

I have entered "dateInput:yyyy-mm-ddTHH:MM:SS+HH:MM " and it is not prompting me to enter the time prompt and the time zone.

    Thank you!

    Hi Phillip,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. I've checked the Configurable List and the format you want to use and, unfortunately, is not possible to use it.

The configurable list accepts only these fields with their specific syntax. You can't have a date field that includes a time field but, you can add an additional field to show the time. Configurable widget date formatting Image 1 Screenshot 20

Unfortunately, the time field doesn't allow us to input the seconds.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform.

I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
