    Hi Fremantle Design Week Team,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can consider to join Jotform Enterprise. It allows you to assign forms and have multiple users within the account. If you use our Starter, Bronze, Silver, or Gold plans, you will only be able to have one user on the account, but you can add another Jotform user as a collaborator. Let me show you how to add peopel as collaborator:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Collaborators.Access to multiple people Image 1 Screenshot 30
    2. In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link. You can share this link to other people and invite them as form collaborators.Access to multiple people Image 2 Screenshot 41

Thank you. Can I give people access to the entirety of Jotform?

    Hello Julia,

Unfortunately, as for our Standard Plans (Bronze, Silver, and Gold), there can only be one active login session so it isn't possible to give access to your account. If you need multiple users in your account, you may need to upgrade to Jotform Enterprise.

Aside from sharing a collaborator link to build a form, you can also share your submissions with other users. We have a Share button on the right side of the Jotform Tables page that you can use to share your Tables page with others. Let me show you how:

    1. On the Jotform Tables page, click on the Share button.

    2. Click on Share Settings and select Private Table, so only people you invite will be able to see your Tables. You can also set the default role of the invitation link as either Read-Only or Collaborator. Let me explain the difference between those:

    • Read Only means that only people you invite will be able to see your Tables.
    • Collaborator means that anyone you invite will be able to see and edit the data, but they won't be able to adjust or change the table settings.

    3. Now, use the Generated Link or the Invite by Email feature to invite people.
