    What is this pop up? we need to know about this.

    Hi Sidsnb, 

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. If you have received this email it's because your email address is set as one of the approvers in the Approval Flow for a form.

    The Approval Flow is made to inform the approvers and ask for their decision about a submission received. You can easily check the approval flow set for a form in the settings. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder click on Settings and select Approval Flows in the left pane.
    2. Click on the Pencil icon next to the flow to open its settings.Whats the email to approve or deny I received? Image 1 Screenshot 30

    Unfortunately, only from the screenshot I couldn't check from which form you received this approval request. You can easily click on the Go to INbox button to check which for is involved in an approval flow and edit, delete, or disable it.
