Unable to renew yearly subscription

    Hi, I am unable to renew my Current Gold Yearly plan, please suggest.

    Hi Karan_Khanna,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked and see that your subscription will renew on December 7,2024. It seems that your submission limit is now 10,001, which is now over your 10,000 limit. You can either upgrade to the enterprise version, or wait until July 1 for your limits to reset.
