    Hi Orenda Office,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You are not able to use Autocomplete widget for Multiple Choice selection. If you are using Multiple Choice question type, I would recommend you to use our Multiple Selection Widget, then you will be able to select multiple names from the dropdown list plus you can also pick alphabetically. Users would no need to scroll down the whole list.

Reach out again if you need any other help.

    Hi orendaoffice97,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

    Hi orendaoffice97,

Thanks for getting back to us. The only workaround we can suggest is to use a different field element or widget to allow multiple selection, since it's not supported yet by the Autocomplete widget. We currently don't have a field/widget that has the two features you're looking for, so you'll need to select between the two.

If you prefer having the autocompletion feature, you can use the Autocomplete widget. But if you prioritize allowing your form users to select multiple options, you can use our standard Multiple Choice field, our Dropdown field also allows multiple selection, or the Multiple Selection widget suggested by my teammate Hilary.

Hopefully, our developers can soon implement the option of allowing multiple selection for the Autocomplete widget. If there are updates about its progress or status, we'll be sure to inform you here.

Let us know if you need any other help.
