Hi there support, I have created a price list form/app that I want to send to either an email or mobile with dealing with a customer, is there anyway I can put either of these 2 destinations in my form so the form asks me "where do I want to send my form"

    Hi Fork,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If I understood you correctly, you want to email the customer only when they choose to receive the information over the email & if they choose mobile, then don't want to email them. If this is the case, yes, you can do it by setting a condition. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form builder, select Settings at the top.

    2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.

    3. Click on + Add condition and choose Change Email Recipient.

    4. Set Condition as shown below picture:

Please note, you'll have to configure the email separately. This guide will help you to learn about email customization. You can check out the demo form. If you want to clone the demo form, you can easily do that. This guide will show you how to clone a form. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can do for you.
