Why isn't the QR Code Reader scannig the images?

    Hi we are just doing a test, I added the QR reader to this form

    but when I embed it here https://www.seblueprint.com/qr/ I cant get it to scan my sample qr code that I generated

    I have been testing your form and it seems to be working on my end, example:

    Please make sure that you have allowed access to the camera on the device you're using to test your form.
