Appointment date and time does not appear on my form

    I cannot see my appointment form section (time/date) on my website.

    I have tried clearing the form cache from the settings but it does not fix anything. Please help! Thanks

    Hi Richard,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I see that you are using WordPress with Elementor theme builder or editor. This could be a cache issue on the WordPress CMS, which is different from the form's cache here in Jotform or even the cache on your browser.

    Can you tell us if the appointment field is a later addition to your form after you added the form on your website? If yes, you can try clearing any cache on your WordPress and if possible, cache data in the Elementor.

    After clearing the cache on your website's Content Management System, you can try viewing again the page to see if the appointment field shows up.

    i did not add the appointment after. It was done originally when i first added it. Its weird because I can see the appointment date/time as im login to my WP CMS in Chrome. But when im not logged in to my CMS using any other browser it does not appear. I am not sure how to remove cache from Elementor i do not see any option.

    I understand how frustrating this is for you and I’ll do my best to help you. I found a guide online about How to clear Elementor cache. Can you try and see if the issue has been resolved after you cleared the cache?
