How to allow other users to view submission file without logging in?

Hey Jotform team,

We are currently using your services to the max for easy transition of information amidst our team members.

ISSUE:

1. We are unable to view the image/file uploads through the link in the jotform (refer link)
2. When clicked on the link, it redirects the person viewing to log into jotform (refer screenshot)
3. Not everybody on the team has a jotform account and they do not need one

Can you please help us solve this issue?

It would be best if the image or file upload would redirect to another link that does not require the person viewing it to log into jotform.

Please help expedite in resolving this matter.

Hi Jacob,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. To allow other users to view the files from the file URL, you can disable the login requirement in your Privacy Settings, let me show you how:

1. Click on your Avatar on the top-right side of the page.
2. Click on Settings.
3. On the left panel, click on Security.
4. Uncheck the checkbox on the left of "Require log-in to view uploaded files."
