Is it possible to migrate a data from Monday.com board to Jotform, so we can display the photos in the PDF?

    Hi there,

Is there a way of migrating data from a Monday board to Jotform for the purposes of being able to display photos in a PDF format which you can't do on a Monday board.

    Hi Adam,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not possible to migrate your existing data from Monday.com to Jotform, as migrating does not support photos. In the future, you can create a form in Jotform, and then Integrate it with Monday.com. This way, you have a copy in your Jotform Tables, which you can then use to display photos in a PDF, and a copy of the submission details is sent to your Monday.com board.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.

Thanks for getting back to me Joshua.

If I was to export my data into an excel spreadsheet, would I be able to perform the same function across to Jotform?

    Hi Adam,

To be sure, are you trying to import the Excel file that you got from Monday.com into Jotform? If so, you can use the Import Data app to import the data into a submission table. Please note that importing data will count against your monthly submission limit. Here's the guide on how to Easily Import Your Excel or CSV Data Into Jotform.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

    Thanks Rose.

Will importing data to jotform via an excel sheet make photos visible and not appear as a link? This is the issue when creating a PDF for my form answers in Monday.

    Hi Adam,

When you export your data as Excel on Monday, the images get exported as hyperlinks. This means when you import such data to Jotform, it will be the same URL (hyperlinks) as well.

Let us know if you need any more help.
