Is deleting the Signature field prevents counting submissions against signed document limit?

If I take the signature line off does my monthly limit change?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you do not want the submissions to be counted against your monthly signed document limit, you can disable Jotform Sign Automation. This way can collect signatures without the form being counted, as a signed document. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, add a Signature element.
2. Then, click on Settings from the top bar menu.
3. Next, click on Jotform Sign from the left panel menu.
4. Lastly, toggle OFF the Enable Jotform Sign Automation. That's it.

Keep in mind that when disabling Jotform Sign Automation, you will lose these features:

• Automatically turn signed submissions into PDF documents
• Receive an audit trail for each signed document
• Disable submission editing
• Require form users to give consent for their signatures

Since you have already reached your monthly signed document limits, your form will still be disabled. You will have to wait until June 29, 2024, when your usage limit resets.
