How many submissions can we have for a Starter plan?

    Hello! We are wanting to enable our Jotform to begin collecting submissions for our annual charity event. It runs from July through October of a submission window. Can you confirm that our current subscription is set up correctly to begin collecting forms now?

    Hello Rbhugivesback,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you will be collecting form submissions from July to August. Currently, you are on a Starter plan.

    Please note that the Starter plan has 100 monthly submissions and is reset every 1st of the month. It also contains a total of 500 Total Submissions that can be stored in your Jotform account. When the total submission is reached, the system deletes the oldest submissions to make room for new submissions. We also have a guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits that you can check out. If you believe that 100 submissions per month will not be enough, you can upgrade to a much higher plan. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

    You can also upgrade your subscription on your account’s Upgrade/Billing page.

    2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

    3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

    Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

    After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.

    If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. Check out this guide for more details about upgrading your account.

    Thank you for your speedy answer! So I just deleted our old submissions, so our current plan should be good to go again for up to 100 submissions per month and a max of 500 total correct? If that is right, I think we are good to go with the current subscription. Thanks!

    Hello Rbhugivesback,

    You do not need to manually delete the 100 submissions because they will always reset by the beginning of the following month. The only time you will have to delete submissions is when you reach the 500 Total Submission Storage limit of your current Starter plan. 

    You can manually track your usage in your account settings, under the Usage section, or click on this link for easy access. Also, if you are confused about the purpose of each form limit, please view this guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.

    Thanks for your assistance. Another issue has come up - I've just received an email stating that "

    You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms are disabled now."

    Can you please explain? And how to we enable the forms again with the Starter plan?
