How to add 2 signers on the form?

I need to create a form that includes 2 signers and allows both signers to see all fields.

Specifically, I have a form in which I complete some the fields before sending to 2nd signer. I need the 2nd signer to see the info I typed into the fields. Currently the forms arrive to the 2nd signer with my pre-filled info missing.

    Hi Kim,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If your goal is to create a document with 2 Signers, you can do that with Jotform Sign. Let me show you how:

    1. Assuming that you are already logged in to your account, click on the My Form text beside Jotform in the upper left corner of the page and select My Sign Documents.

    2. Under the My Sign Documents page, click on the Create a Sign Documents button in the upper left corner of the page and then upload a Document or Use a Template.

    3. Next, add two Signature fields from the left panel menu and then select who will be Signer 1 and Signer 2.

    4. Then, click Send from the top bar menu and then, enter the email addresses of Signer 1 and Signer 2.

Hi, this response didn't quite answer my question.

I have a form with many fields. Some fields I need to fill out first. These are fields that will new information each time I send to a new person. Then I want to send the form I that I pre-filled to someone who will sign it. I would like the signer to be able to see the information that input into the fields. When the recipient received the form to sign, the pre-filled information that input is not visible to them. How can I make the info in the fields I input show to the recipient?

    Hi Kim,

Thanks for getting back to us. Currently, there's no option yet to pre-fill fields on a signed document using a form. However, here's a workaround that you can try, you can change the Field Assignee to the person who'll pre-fill the fields and then to the second person who'll verify the entered data and add their signature, let me show you how:

    • On the Sign Builder, under the Build tab.
    • Navigate through the field that you will need to prefill, and click the Gear icon.
    • Under the Field Assignee, select Me.

    • Select the Send tab on the green ribbon, and select Send to Sign.
    • Enable the Signing Order, and enter the necessary details.
    • Then, click Send to Sign.

Please note that when you do this process, you will receive the Signed Document first via email to fill out the details or pre-fill it, and after you have completed it, the filled-out document will be sent to the client for signature, and they should see the information you have entered on the sign document.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
