When I share my table with the completed jotforms, my other employee who needs access to the completed forms is not able to download the forms but is able to view the data. How do I fix this problem, Thank you.

Hi bakerasa244,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can enable the download button of your sharing settings on your submission table. Let me show you how:
- Click on the Share button at the top of the page.
- Click on Share Settings.
- Scroll down and check the box beside the Show download button.
However, if you need to provide an option for the collaborator to download the PDF report of the submission, you will be needing to share the PDF Editor page with the collaborators as well so they can download the PDFs from there. Doing that is easy. Let me show you how:
- From the Form Builder page, you can access the PDF Editor by clicking on the dropdown arrow at the top of the page.
- Select PDF Editor.
- Click the Share button on the upper right side of the page:
- You can generate a link and share it with the collaborators or invite them via email:
