Use Email field as Recipient for email notifications

We're trying to create a form that we fill out that will send new employee information to the "recipient" field that we'll fill out on the form. Is this possible?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's directly not possible to set an Email field as a Recipient for a Notification Email. But you can easily set the Recipient of an Autoresponder Email to the Email field.

You will have to create a Change Email Recipient condition, that will send the Notification Email to the email address that's put in on the Email field. You will need to look for the Unique Name of the Email field and enclosed it using Curly Brackets {} on the Email field. See the below screenshot as a reference:
