How to add multiple fields on Card Forms?

I can't add multiple fields to the same card. Do I need to upgrade my account to get this feature?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please note that Card Forms are designed to only have one element to field per card. You can use the Multi-line Question element to add multiple fields in one card. Check the screncast below:

If you need a form that can add multiple fields and elements in one page, you can switch to the Classic Layout. Let me show you how:

1. In the Form Builder, click the paint roller icon in the upper-right corner to open the Form Designer.
2. In the Form Designer pane on the right, go to Layout at the top.
3. Choose Classic Form.
