Account Usage and Limits Inquiry

I would like to use your app for clients to fill out a questionnaire and waiver for services. My question is in regards to your subscription options. With the free option I am confused between 100 monthly submissions, 1000 monthly views and 10 monthly signed submissions.

What is the difference between 100 monthly submissions and 10 monthly SIGNED submissions?

What does 1000 monthly views mean?

I am only asking because I am a one man show providing esthetic services and there is no way I would be close to 1000 monthly submissions.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me explain the subscription limits you mentioned. The 100 Monthly Submissions limit is the total number of form responses you can get in a month. The 10 Monthly Signed Submissions limit is for completed electronic signatures on documents. And the 1000 Monthly Views limit is how many times your forms can be seen in a month. Okay, I watched the videos and need a little more clarification. So if my forms require a signature from my clients that is considered a signed submission, correct? What forms count against the 100 monthly submission? I guess I am confused because I thought this app was geared towards forms that required signatures.

The submissions where the Jotform Sign Automation is enabled and submissions from the Signed Documents count as a Monthly Signed Document. You can check out the guides on this link for more information about Jotform Sign.

Also, all kinds of submissions that are made on your forms count as Monthly Submissions, whether they are Regular, Signed Documents, or Payment Submissions.

As a Starter Plan account, you can only receive 100 submissions per month and the Usage Limit will reset the next month. You can also check your Account Usage Data on your end. Let me show you how:

1. On the My Forms page, hover over your mouse to the Profile Avatar at the upper right side of the page and click Settings.

2. Click on Usage on the left side of the screen. You will also see here when your Monthly Usage Limits will reset.
