The photos that are submitted will NOT load so I cannot see them. I am paying a lot of money to use this form and I can never see the photos submitted. My wifi works perfectly so I know it is not because of my service. I need help viewing the photos

    Hi Morgan,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and I see that the images are showing in the form's table. However, if you are trying to view submission files from the email and not logged in to your Jotform account, you'll see an error 404 page. Please login to Jotform before clicking on the file link. You can also disable the requirement to log in to View Uploaded Files. Doing that is easy. Let me show you how:

    1. Click on your Avatar.
    2. Click on Settings. How do I pull a report for someone out of our organization with the file uploads embedded in our form? Image 1 Screenshot 30 Screenshot 10 Screenshot 10
    3. On the settings page, click on Security.
    4. Uncheck the checkbox beside "Require log-in to view uploaded files."How do I pull a report for someone out of our organization with the file uploads embedded in our form? Image 2 Screenshot 41 Screenshot 21 Screenshot 21

If that's not the issue, you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.

Let us know if there's anything else we can help.
