Login information and Signing up

    Hello,

    I was wondering if I may access the login emails for my bosses? My name is Mayra Hernandez and I work with the CBS Environmental Health and Safety department. We have an account under Paramount but my department signed up when we were just CBS. I am able to log in with my login information but I was wondering if I may ask what emails my Directors and VP should use to access their jotform page. We have migrated to different emails so they don't know which email was used for Jotform when they signed up.

    Another question I have is if a company already has a Jotform account, how can an employee login to their jotform page or would they need to sign up?

    Hi Mayra,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. We cannot provide the whole login information as part of our security purposes. Some ways I can help you move forward:

    1. Is there a different email address associated with your account? Either yours or for other users?
    2. Are there any elements (periods, underscores) that are missing from this formatting of this email?
    3. Do you have the URL link to a form that you have used? 
    4. If you use a paid account, do you have any billing information where you can find the Account number? Or can you provide me with additional information associated with your billing, that might help us find your account information?

    As for your other question, you can log in to the account as long as you have the credentials. Please keep in mind, our standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are individual, single-user plans. So, only one login session can exist at a time. It is necessary to log out from other devices if you leave them and log in to the other device. Our system detects logins in multiple devices and this triggers the authentication code. You may not reset your password if it is only you logging in.

    For reference, our standard plans (Free, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are single-user plans. It is a violation of our Terms of Use to share login credentials with other individuals.

    Thank you for your answers! How does one obtain credentials for the site? Since Paramount has an arrangement with JotForm, any Paramount employee should be able to acquire credentials to use the JotForm site, correct?

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Enterprise on the upper-right side of the page.
    2. Then, on the upper-right side of the next page, click on Contact Sales.
    3. Fill out the form, click on the Send Request button, and that's it.
