    Hi team,

I have a multiple page form in the sign builder and on page 1 3 4 and 5 I'm requesting the clients first and last name.

Is there a way to mirror these elements so the customer only needs to type their name once instead of 4 times?

    Thanks for the help.

    Cameron

    Hi Cameron,

Thanks for using Jotform. This would be possible by passing a field value to another field. It's easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In Form Builder, click Settings.
    2. Go to Conditions.

    3. Then, set DO to Copy Field Value.
    4. Set up your condition rules and click Save at the bottom.

You can check this example form and the condition is as follows:

    -IF: Personal Email

    -STATE: Is Filled

    -DO: Copy Field Value

    -FROM: Personal Email

    -TO: Business Email

You can copy values between various field types, such as text boxes, email fields, or address fieldsets. This flexibility allows you to tailor your forms to specific use cases.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

    Hi Christian Ice,

Is it possible to do this within sign builder or just in a traditional form?

I'd like to be able to do this in sign builder.

    All the best,

    Cameron

    Hi Cameron,

The Conditional Logic feature is currently available on standard or classic forms only. It's not yet supported in Sign Documents.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
