Paypal not showing up

    Hi there,

    My paypal integration is not showing up on my end and is not showing up on my user's end either. It has been working for the last several works however...but for some reason it no longer does.

    I have cleared the cache as recommended.

    I've included a screenshot so you can see that it is not there.

    I have reconnected it about 10 times now.

    I've also attached what happens on the user's end as well.

    Hi Carolyn,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix. Let me show you how:

    1. While in Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    2. Under the Payments tab, click on the Three Dots icon right next to PayPal Business.
    3. Select Remove Integration.
    4. Add it again and Connect with your PayPal account.

    Hi Catherine...i have also tried that a few times as well, but keep getting this error, when I remove the integration.

    Hi ccswimacademyla, 

    Try switching to another gateway, then switch back to PayPal Business. Here's how you can do that:

    1. In Form Builder, select the the Add Elements Menu and go to the Payments tab.
    2. Click on the Three Dots Menu icon of PayPal Business and choose Switch to another gateway, choose any payment gateway and click on the Use Selection button.
    3. Then, click on the Ok button.
    4. Clear your form's cache.
    5. Repeat steps 1-3, but this time, choose PayPal Business and connect your form with PayPal Business.
