I created a form as a clone of an old form, and despite changing the form title everywhere, the form title in the tab section of all browsers shows the original form title. Any troubleshooting tips?

    Hi kmunjee,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

We have a guide here to learn more about How to Change the Title or Name of Your Form.

Can you refresh the page to try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

Reach out again if you need any more help.

    Hi,

I've reloaded, and this issue is still affecting my computer as well as other team members' devices.

    Hi kmunjee,

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that the Page Title wasn't configured correctly. Let me show you how to fix it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, and click on Show More Options.

    2. Scroll down the page, and change the title in the Page Title field.

That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.
