How to increase Email attachment's limitation?

I'm wondering if the pdf limit for submissions emails is still 5MB and if there's any plans to increase that.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'll do my best to help you. Unfortunately, the total email attachment limit is set for the 5 MB, including PDF. It is to make sure that the email delivery with the attachment is smooth from the Jotform.

However, you can use your own email and set up the SMTP, so the notification and the autoresponder will be sent from your email provider's server. In this way, the attachment limit will be based on your email service provider's limit.

Here are the steps on how to set up your own SMTP:

• Hover your mouse over to your Avatar.
• Select Settings to open your Account Settings.
• Scroll down, go to the Sender Email option, then click Add Sender Email.
• Next, enter your SMTP details. Once done, click on Send Test Email. That's it.

Here is a helpful guide on How to Set up SMTP for a Form. You can also use the Google Drive integration, this will send automatically the PDF file and uploaded files to your Google Drive. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
• In the Settings menu, click on the Integrations option on the left side of the screen.
• Select the Google Drive integration. 
• Select your account and click on the Add Action.
• Enter your preferred Folder's name, turn the toggle On for creating Sub-Folder and enter again folder's name.
• You can select the Form fields for the sub-folder's name. Click on the Save button. That's it.
