Unable to download photos

    Greetings,

    I'm the editor of the Piano Technicians Journal. Recently, the author submission form that I receive has changed. The most important change is that there are no links under the photos, so there is nothing to download. A minor change is that all the contract wording is included, which I don't need.

    I have attached a photo of the newest version (your upload function will not let me upload the previous version for comparison). As you can see, there is a link for the Word document, but not for the photos.

    Hi Scott,

    In your message, there was no form URL, could you please share with us the form URL in question so, we can check and find out what's going on? Do note that, sometimes due to Jotform account's settings, you might need to log into the Jotform account and then have to download the images. Are you the form owner as well? Can you please give a try and meanwhile, if you can share with us the form URL so we can check?

    Hi Scott,

    May I know how you are trying to access your form's submission to download the attached files? Alternatively, you can easily download attached files on the Submission Table. It's easy, let me show you how:

    1. In Submission Table, look for the column that contains the attached files, click on the cell that you contain the file that you wish to download.
    2. Finally, click the Download Button beside the file that you wish to download in the dropdown.

    Hi,

    Before you changed the form, I was accessing the photos from a PDF sent by my company. The form had links to the photos, but it no longer has the links.


    I sent screenshots earlier showing the previous form with links and the current form with no links.
