    Hi a cooper,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It seems that the error message occurs due to the security settings in your email provider. If you're using Outlook, you might need to disable Safe Links. You can refer to this link on how to do that.

In the meantime, you can try accessing the Jotform upload file link directly. You can copy the original Jotform upload URL and paste it into your browser's address bar.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Apparently, there are no easy ways to turn off safelinks in M365.
Can the user get these files some other way?
    Thanks,
    ACoop

    Hi a cooper,

You can share the submission table with your team so they can download the submission files. Doing that is easy, let me show you how to do it:

    1. Click the Share button at the top right of Jotform Tables, besides your account menu.
    2. The Share button will open the following window. Click the Copy Link button to copy the Invitation Link.

If you wish to invite people directly, you can input their email address to the To box under the Invite By Email section of the Share Table window.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
