How to accept more submissions with signatures?

    Hello,

I was under the impression that Free users had a limit of 100 signed documents per month. However, after creating a form and receiving only 10 signed documents in return, new clients who attempt to sign a document are shown the error message "You've run out of Signed Document Quota." Indeed, on my account page, I am receiving the message "you have reached monthly signed documents limit." Is this an error or are individual forms supposed to have a maximum capacity of 10 signatures?

Moreover, if this is intentional, how can I increase this limit? For example, I would like to create a form that can accept at least 100 signatures within one day. And, I would like to create at least 4 of these forms each month. Is there an upgrade that allows me to achieve this?

    Thank you,

    Lucas

    Hi Lucas,

Take note that the Starter account has a limit of 10 Signed Document per month. You can turn off the Sign Automation in the form settings to allow you to accept submissions with signatures as normal submissions. By doing that, you'll be able to accept 100 submissions with signatures on your form every month. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, and in the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Jotform Sign.
    2. Toggle off the switch for Enable Jotform Sign Automation.

You can also upgrade your subscription to increase your Signed Document limit per month on the Jotform Pricing page.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
